Eclipse Legal Marketing (operating as part of the broader Law Firm Intelligence family of brands) is a digital marketing agency that designs and manages Google Ads campaigns for law firm clients. This policy describes what information we collect through this website and in the course of managing client advertising accounts, how we use it, and the choices available to clients and visitors.

Information we collect

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site. This includes pages visited, referring site, approximate location derived from an anonymized IP address, device and browser type, and time on page. We do not attempt to identify individual visitors from this data.

Client account data via the Google Ads API

For clients who have engaged us and authorized linkage of their Google Ads account to our Google Ads Manager Account (MCC), we access campaign performance data and account-level settings through the Google Ads API. This access is limited to the accounts a client has explicitly authorized.

How we use information

We use the information described above to manage and optimize client advertising campaigns, generate performance reports for clients, analyze our internal operations and campaign effectiveness, and respond to inquiries from prospective clients and the public.

Data storage and security

Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest in our storage providers. Access to client account data and internal systems is restricted to authorized Eclipse Legal Marketing employees and protected by single sign-on (SSO) with audit logging of access and actions taken.

Third-party services

We rely on a small set of third-party services to operate: the Google Ads API (to manage client campaigns), Google Analytics (for website usage analytics), our hosting provider (Netlify), and any analytics or email tooling we adopt to support our work. We do not sell client data, and we do not share client data with non-essential third parties.

Client rights

Clients may request a copy of the data we hold about their accounts, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request that we disconnect and stop accessing their Google Ads account. We will unlink an account within three business days of a verified request.

Cookies

This site uses Google Analytics cookies for usage analytics only. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking on this site. You can block or clear cookies through your browser settings at any time.

Children's privacy
